New this season Elements offers an ambiance where contemporary Mexican architecture meets Asian décor and clarity, creating the perfect place to relax and restore your body and soul.
All parts of elements of the island relect the natural elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Wind.
elements of the island offers three beautifully appointed studio apartments, one on each of three levels and each individually decorated with colors based on the natural elements, a rooftop yoga studio with palapa covering and a streetside Café, offering breakfast and brunch daily.

Our large rooftop yoga studio offers participants a panoramic view of the island. Public classes are held mornings and evenings and guests of Elements are invited to participate at a reduced price. Private classes can be arranged or the space reserved for personal practice.
The yoga studio and our sun deck are reached by a separate stairway from the garden area. In shade or sun you can enjoy quiet hours of contemplation, exercise, or just being.
Classes are held 6 days a week, group-size is conveniently small (maximum of 12 persons) and the program is varied (beginner, intermediate and advanced levels)....
